[Standards] Discussion basis for next CSC meeting

Dear colleagues,

attached to this email you'll find both Jan Odijk's original 
recommendations and a proposed discussion basis by Andreas Witt and me 
as a follow up.

It is our plan to address these issues in the meeting next week.
Registration for the video conference will close tomorrow, technical 
details for participating will be made available on Monday before the 
meeting starts.

Those of you who attend the meeting in person will find additional 
information regarding getting to the DIN and WIFI access.

If you need further information, please let me know.
