[Userinvolvement] Survey on L2 corpora and tools

Dear Koenraad,

Thank you very much for this list and I agree that it doesn't make sense 
to duplicate efforts. However, I think it'd be worthwile to check how 
these corpora are integrated into the CLARIN infrastructure, since this 
is one of the main points of our survey. I'll get in touch with Sylviane.
