[Tf-curation] [TF-CMDI] next CMDI best practices meeting

Hi Menzo, all,

Thanks for the updated version, nice to see the document already in a
reasonably complete state! I have annotated the PDF version with a
number of small remarks. None of them are really urgent, so they can
also be considered for processing after the CAC.

A general thing that we have not discussed before IIRC: maybe it would
be good to harmonise the mood of the 'titles' of the best practices.
Now, some of them are imperative ('Include a MdSelfLink') while others
are indicative ('The MdSelfLink should be a PID'). I like the former
better although I don't have a strong preference either way, but I do
think it would be nice to have a consistent style.

If you could send me a copy of the (Word) document towards the end of
the week, I will print a few copies and bring them to Budapest so that
people can have a look at the bazaar.
