[Standards] virtual meeting: hour-based doodle until the 16th

Thank you for the active response!

My procedure was to cast away the 6ths, 7ths, and also the 8ths with 
more than one "if needed" vote.

What remains is available at https://doodle.com/poll/nt2pa8zkrmqcbs6z , 
sliced into 2-hour slots.

Since the first potential date is the 22nd, I would like to ask you to 
fill out the doodle until the 16th (i.e., until Saturday), so that we 
have a clear picture what to expect of the next week still before it begins.

For your convenience, these are the potential dates: 22.V, 27-29.V, 3-5.VI.
