[Standards] minute-taking

Dear all,

I would like to request assistance from among the committee for the 
purpose of taking minutes.

I have proven, to myself and others, to be the lousiest minute-taker 
ever, especially when I try to keep an eye on the agenda at the same 
time. So I would greatly appreciate help in this regard.

I will formulate my plea again at the beginning of our meeting.
