[Standards] Overview of standards-related resources

Dear Penny,

to be honest, such a column was originally included in the table, but 
I've discarded it because of space restrictions.
In the final version of the list, such a colum (as well as additional 
columns) should be included.

Regarding the URLs: Since the current version of the IDS standards 
database uses really long URLs with a bunch of arguments, I've decided 
to only use the standard URL. Again, this will change for a future 
version (depending on the final technical solution for the database).
