[Standards] Overview of standards-related resources

Dear Maik,
Thank you for all the work that you have done in assembling this info. 
Just a quick suggestion to make the table a bit more informative and easier to check: include a column with the categorization of the standard (i.e. the "topic" in the ids-mannheim standards portal), and, if possible, associate each standard with its own link at the ids portal (now it's the generic link) and/or to the original standard.
