[Dev] Component Registry migration to new server, 17.9.2015 9:00 CEST

Dear All,

the migration has finished and we didn't encounter any unexpected
issues. The ComponentRegistry is now running on it's new host on https
(the rest interface is publicly available over http as well).

Please let us know if you encounter any issues.
