[Dev] VLO planned maintenance

Hi all,

Tuesday next week, September 29th, we will be upgrading the production 
VLO[1] to a new minor version (3.3). We will carry out the upgrade 
between 9am and 10am, and expect the VLO to be unavailable for some time 
within this timespan as a result. If you have questions or remarks, 
please let me know. As always, up to date status information can be
