[Dev] scheduled upgrade of catalog.clarin.eu: planned downtime December 2

Dear all,

Because we need to upgrade the Operating System of the catalog.clarin.eu
server, we would like to suggest the following time slot for a downtime
of about 2 hours:

December 2 (Monday), starting at 11:00 CET

The following services would be temporarily unavailable:

- the component registry
- the VLO
- the CLARIN IdP and discovery service

Please let me know if this timing is problematic; in that case we will
try to reschedule the maintenance.
