[Dev] [All-centers] scheduled upgrade of catalog.clarin.eu: planned downtime December 2

Dear all,
We definitely should communicate this downtime well, but Monday morning does not sound bad. Reviewers are more likely to be expected before, they will have their access information some time today or tomorrow the latest.
