[Dev] harvesting VLO

Hi all,

The harvesting times of the VLO were recently changed and not
communicated properly. As of today the harvesting will take place as
follows:

The pure CMDI providers are harvested every Tuesday and Friday, starting
at 23:45

The OLAC providers are harvested every Wednesday and Saturday, starting
at 23:45

The MPI's CMDI provider is harvested every Monday and Thursday, starting
at 23:45

The FAQ on this has been updated too:

http://www.clarin.eu/faq/when-metadata-vlo-harvested

This means that recent changes to CMDI records should be visible
tomorrow (Wed) morning.
