[Dev] Scheduled maintenance CLARIN EU discovery service

Dear All,

we are planning maintenance on the CLARIN EU discovery service on 
Thursday the 26th of July between 8:30 and 10:00 CE(S)T.

We will be moving to a more redundant setup (as described here: 
http://trac.clarin.eu/wiki/ServiceProviderFederation/Discovery#Availability) 
so there will be less maintenance impact on the running production 
service and there will be some minor updates in the user interface.
