[Dev] upgrade of DiscoJuice

Dear All,

yesterday we found another problem with the DiscoJuice WAYF update 
deployed on Tuesday.
There was an issue with the cronjob generating the metadata used by 
DiscoJuice.
This has been fixed now and the service is fully operational again.
