[Tf-curation] CMDI & curation task forces meeting notes/next meeting

Dear all,

Let me begin by pointing you to the doodle for the next meeting on CMDI
best practice guide and the common use cases and general
info/recommended components tasks:

I think we had a very productive first meeting of the year in which we
covered quite a bit of ground. Some topics definitely require further
discussion, probably also in a couple of meetings with a more specific
scope. If all goes well, you should hear about these in the near future.

Your additions and adaptations to the notes are very welcome of course.
