[Tf-curation] Next CMDI best meeting 2019-03-05

Hi all,

Thanks to those who filled in the doodle. On basis of your input, I
chose the following slot:

	Tuesday 5 March 2019, 14:00 - 15:00 CET

and have created a new meeting page[1].

You can prepare for this meeting by looking at the notes of the last
meeting[2] and the embedded TODOs and notes in the first sections up to
page 10 (or best practice P2) of the compiled best practice draft
available via Overleaf[3].

If you cannot attend the meeting but have something to report, please
send it to me by mail or Slack and I will report on your behalf.
