Dear Tommi and all,

Great to have you on board, Hamburg has made big progress in AAI! I'd like to add a new item to the agenda: "The future structure of the taskforce". It might be the nature of the topic, but interest in meeting has been varying, to put it mildly. And meetings might indeed not be the most efficient way to further AAI in Clarin and in general. So I'd like to use the fact that we all meet face-to-face to takle this subject. If we can't find a common slot, then I'll approach you sequentially.

Looking forward to seeing most of you soon! I'll be in Aix already tomorrow evening and be leaving relatively late on Friday.

Martin
