What do you think of the following text for that page? (I don't use html mail, so I don't know how this will look at your end):

This Entity Category asserts that the Service Provider is a member of the Clarin Service Provider Federation. The category is set by DFN-AAI on behalf of Clarin ERIC. Only services relevant to Clarin ERIC carry this category. Clarin SPs are also required to support the <a href="http://www.geant.net/uri/dataprotection-code-of-conduct/v1">Dataprotection Code of Conduct Entity Category</a>. We encourage IdPs to implement an Attribute Release policy according to the <a href="https://wiki.edugain.org/Recipe_for_a_Home_Organisation">recommendations of the Dataprotection Code of Conduct</a>. The purpose of this category is to make more finegrained filtering an option.
