[Standards] doodle for the March f2f meeting (until Friday pls)

Dear all,

This is the link to the doodle for our f2f meeting, in a lunch-to-lunch 
format, as agreed during our telco. Doodle wouldn't let me select more 
than 24 hours for each span, so let us treat at least the end hour as 
subject to modification.
