[Standards] Work Plan 2013

Dear Members of the CLARIN Standards Committee,

I drafted a 1-page document with our work plan for the remainder of this
year. Please find it attached.

I would kindly ask you to comment on the tasks for this year. The
nextplan, for 2014, will be discussed more thoroughly in a committee
meeting.

Please send any comment to the list till next Monday, if possible.
