[Dev] CLARIN account migration

Hi Willem,

Two issues with the CLARIN IdP:

- I find I cannot set the value for 'Display name' field in the user 
edit form.

- And with Shibboleth attributes, it still appears optional attributes 
cn and displayName are not available.

Optional attribute|cn|is not available.

Optional attribute|displayName|is not available.
