Dear all,

Since 16:45 the servers are available again (including the VLO). However
just a few minutes ago the discovery service and CLARIN IdP were revived.

There were a few unexpected problems with startup scripts in combination
with mutual dependencies that prevented these from coming up again
automatically.

We will look into these problems (and into a more stable deployment
location) and apologize for the inconvenience.
