[Dev] New version of CLARIN-FCS endpoint conformance tester

Hi,

I've finally uploaded a new version of the CLARIN-FCS endpoint
conformance tester. The test cases are the same (except for an
additional test, that performs a search with non-ASCII characters), but
the user interface looks much cooler now ;)

It's available at:
  http://clarin.ids-mannheim.de/srutest/

The old version is still available (now at:
http://clarin.ids-mannheim.de/srutest-old/), but will be removed
sometime in the future.
