[Dev] VLO beta version

Dear developers,

As of this month we will more often update the VLO - ideally with a
fresh cutting-edge beta release every month. The older (stable) version
of the VLO will stay available, and after a month we hope that the beta
can become the stable version. Etc.

This month's beta is available via:

http://catalog.clarin.eu:8081/vlobeta/vlo/

All feedback to the metadata can be submitted via the "Found an error"
link at each page.

Feedback about the software can be sent to:
vlw at clarin.eu

If you have an account at the trac you can check yourself if an issue is
already known:

(And yes, the CQL-integration is something that is still under
construction, so no need to report about that ;)
