[Dev] CMDI Interoperability wiki pages

Hi, All,

As announced at the CMDI Interoperability Workshop [1] we've created a section in the CLARIN developers wiki to collect transformations to and from CMDI:

https://trac.clarin.eu/wiki/CmdiInterop

Feel free to add your own! But please use one of the existing entries as a template, so the structure stays uniform.

Any feedback is appreciated!
