Dear CLARIN colleagues,

I have been requested to take care of the reporting of the CLARIN-BE User Involvement activities that took place the past half year.
if you have organised teaching or scientific events, or dissemination activities (presentations, media, user support, etc) related to CLARIN,

I realise this is a tedious job, but it is important to make the CLARIN-BE activities more visible at the European CLARIN-level.

Dear UIC members,

As every year, we need to record our national UI activities and events we organised in relation to CLARIN.
Together with CLARIN central, we have prepared a new spreadsheet (presented in the Onboarding session we had on 18th March), which is closer to the one used by CLARIN central, and hopefully easier to fill in due to the dropdown menus introduced.

It has three tabs:

  *
README, where you will find guidelines and the typology used
  *
FINAL RECORDING SHEET 2025, where you will record your information
  *
VALUES, where all values are listed (just for your information).

Normally, you should all have access and editing rights to the file. If not, please let me know asap.
The reporting period is from January till December 2025.
However, since we need to produce a report for the annual UIC activities to be presented at the CLARIN conference, please make sure to fill-in your country's information on events and activities (the ones you know, of course :)) by July 31, 2025.
In this way, we will have an up-to-date picture of national UIC activites at the Confernece, while you can continue to add information until December.
I know the summer is always difficult as regards deadlines and availabilities of colleagues, but we do not have an alternative.
Please let me (and Iulianna) know if you encounter any problems.
