[Userinvolvement] [Ncf] Recommendations of CLARIN Resource Families to be featured in 2019

Dear Tanja, all,

let me add my endorsement to this initiative, indeed, I also suggested 
to Darja that lexical resources would be logical next step for the 
Resources Families. As this is a large area they could be split into, say:

- machine readable dictionaries, where a connection with ELEXIS would of 
course be highly beneficial

- lexical resources for language technologies (such as morphological or 
valency lexica, but maybe also formalised semantic lexica)

- semantic lexica / ontologies, such as WordNets; however there is the 
Global WordNet initiative, which already subsumes most wordnets, still, 
it might be that there are accessible wordnets that are not part of it 
but are e.g. available via VLO or ELDA, this could be checked and 
compared to GlobalWN.
