The book was quite a project which would not have been possible without all the help from Mietta Lennes, Eira Brandby, Tanja Wissik, Arjan Van Hessen, Jan Wieczorek, Vincent Vandgehinste, Barbora Vidová Hladká, Maria Gavriilidou and Jolanta Kovalevskaite.
