[Userinvolvement] Tour de CLARIN: Brochures for the National Consortia

We are happy to announce that we have made brochures for each CLARIN consortium presented in the first volume of the Tour de CLARIN publication<https://www.clarin.eu/sites/default/files/CE-2018-1341-Tour-de-CLARIN-volume-I-2018.pdf>. We would again like to thank all the national User Involvement Representatives, the National Coordinators and everyone who has been involved in the Tour de CLARIN initiative thus far. In January, we will be starting with the Latvian consortium.
