Dear all,

As you might have heard in one the recent NCF and/or Centre Committee
meetings, the creation of the Language Resource Families
<https://www.clarin.eu/resource-families> has also helped to detect some
issues
<https://office.clarin.eu/v/CE-2018-1236-CLARIN-corpora-report.pdf> with
the metadata describing these resources. 

For the next steps, we would like to ask your help. Please take a look
at the issues that were found in this GitHub overview. If you identify
one that you can address, please assign it to yourself or a colleague:

The issues listed in Github pertain either to incomplete documentation
of metadata  or the fact that certain CLARIN corpora  aren't findable in
the VLO. This round of issue adoption will run *until the end of
November*. We hope that this system will allow us all to address (or
discuss, in case you do not agree with the identified problem) the
metadata issues in a collaborative and constructive manner.
