Thanks!

I’ll change that, and also do the final cleanup and submission today.

Thanks for all the input!

Hi all,
Just one small point: I think the guide we are describing should be called Best practice guide, not Best practices guide (plural). IMHO, the latter sounds a bit strange and is more difficult to pronounce. While I appreciate the potential argument that we are producing a set of best practices, I think it’s also fair to label this set in toto as best practice in singular form. Moreover, a google search on both phrases shows that “Best practice guide” outnumbers by far “Best practices guide” as a title of this kind of document.

Although this is a small point for this paper, I think it’s important in the sense that what we call the guide now, will stick.

Otherwise, I have no more additions to the paper.

Best,
Oddrun

Hi, All,

I’ve cleaned up the CAC abstract into a semi-final version … it fits within 4 pages (see attached PDF and the Google Doc) :-)

I accepted every suggestion and then made a pass to squeeze and align stuff (internally and according to the layout guidelines). If I changed to much make a suggestion to change it back ;-)

@Hanna, it could be that the previous mail never reached the tf-curation email list due to moderation. So I’ve included you explicitly in this one. There is still some room, so if you want to put in a section 4.1.3 Workflow we can still do that!

Any feedback is welcome!

Tomorrow its Liberation Day in the Netherlands, so I’ll be back on Monday to make a final pass and submit the abstract …

Thanks in advance, and have a nice weekend,

Menzo

Hi, All,

As agreed last week I’ve made a restructured the abstract and indicated a place where the editors can write a small summary of the current state of their section:

                https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZfG0EeSfepHwOcQL00J295Ncx5DZ06GXIFPkHpO7KLM/edit#<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZfG0EeSfepHwOcQL00J295Ncx5DZ06GXIFPkHpO7KLM/edit>

Please do so before Thursday (May 4), so we can start another (final) review round end of this week. The deadline is next Monday (May 8).

Many thanks in advance,

Menzo
