Dear Matej and all,
I have added some comments at the googlesheet. In general, it might be better to use the definitions included at the portal and also point to it for further explanations/comments. That way, whenever something is updated, you wouldn't have to make changes to the VLO; this comment relates mainly to the ACA category, which is simply defined as "for (teaching, education and) research-purpose" rather than strictly requiring "proof of academic affiliation".

Here the promised follow-up on the facet labels / definitions.

I now put together all the discussed/potential candidates [1].
The top three are the latest proposal by Twan and the VLO-dev team.

Below are some alternatives discussed earlier, and also the corresponding DCMI terms for reference.

This is also related to the work of CCR trying to define one concept for each facet, so that each facet has an approved, stable and referenceable definition.

We would like to have an opinion from this group (especially from CLIC team) on the labels and definitions for these l/a related concepts/facets.
(Especially also on the IPR holder / legal owner, which were until now not subject of discussion in this thread, but where CCR would like to ask for advice from CLIC.)
