[Tf-aai] Blacklisting IdPs

Hello,

I promised Dieter I would help work out the concrete implementation of the IdP Blacklisting we decided to do in Leipzig. I could prepare a proposal during next week on what to put where and send it to this group for comment. Or we could have a small working group and work it out together.
Any volunteers?
