[Tf-aai] Attributes missing for https://sp.korp.csc.fi/

Hi André, 

They already contacted me. They do not release EPPN by default to the UK Federation either. I gave them some reasons why they should at least to me. 
They do release scoped affiliation, though. 

Since they don't release EPPN to their own federation by default I don't think they will to CLARIN by default. We could request release to DP CoCo SPs, though. 

I requested now attribute release to all 4 LanguageBank SPs, let's see how they react.
