[Standards] café: May --> July?

Dear all,

I've been going through the minutes of the last meeting and got stuck at
the point where I should create a doodle for the May CLARIN café.

I think I should rather ask for a date in July (it's still free).

In terms of deadlines, I see this as follows:

* we decided on a release every three months, beginning in January;

* I would like to modify this slightly, for the time being, and assume,
roughly, the following dates:

** release 0.2: mid/end-April (on the assumption that we will have
something new to release; I believe that we will)

** release 0.3: end of June

** [summer pause]

** release 1.0: mid-September (to be able to prepare for the CAC at ease).

The end-of-June release would then be followed by the Café in July
(first half?), which would do a solid job of sending out a signal
concerning our work and potentially either recruiting new members (our
coverage in terms of national consortia is not very wide), or at least
priming the NCs to the idea that it makes sense to look for candidates
who would join the CSC. After release 0.3, the set of
things-to-be-done-still would be fairly well defined (so far, I only
signalled some of those things during our last meeting), and the various
competences needed to address those issues would be clearer as well.

Also -- and I see this as very important -- in July, we should all feel
much more confident in what we do as the CSC and where we're heading,
which should hopefully result in more of us being present at the Café. I
would definitely prefer to avoid repeating the case of our last Bazaar
stand, which was, well, not heavily populated by the members... :-)

Please let me know if you disagree and if you see arguments in favour of
having the café in May. (Expression of support for the move to July
would of course also be welcome!)

I would like to wrap this up on Friday noonish at the latest, so that I
could potentially e-mail Francesca still before the end of the working
day and inform her of the change.

Thanks a lot in advance for considering the above,

   Piotr
