[Standards] Utrecht in March -- accommodation

Dear all,

(and in particular: Tomaž, Fahad, Jussi, and Christian)

I have been in contact with Linda, who says the price mentioned below is 
for a single night. This might change your plans concerning the choice 
of accommodation.

Linda has now kindly prepared a form for us where she hopes to gather 
information on our hotel choices, *before the next Tuesday (before the 
28th of January*):

We will also be asked there about whether we would like to be treated by 
CLARIN to a dinner, on the first day. I hope that we are all going to 
say yes to that :-)
