[Standards] minutes of the last meeting (and a request)

Dear all,

I have some ideas for how to entertain you during the time of the 
plague, but before I even suggest a piece of homework and/or a virtual 
meeting, I would like to wrap up the last one, and bring the minutes to 
a shape that you would be willing to approve.

You may recall that no one was able to take minutes during the last 
telco. I made some fragmentary written notes as usual, so normally it 
wouldn't be an issue to put those notes, the googledoc and the memory 
together, and produce reasonable minutes. However, when I learned on 
March 13th that I would be leaving the office that afternoon (flying to 
Poland) not for a while but probably rather for weeks, and hectically 
printed out and gathered all the stuff I thought I wouldn't be able to 
function without, in my unmatched brilliance I managed to leave my paper 
notebook on my desk...

Over this week, I wrote up what I could recall from the meeting but 
there are some gaps in my recollections, so I would like to ask those of 
you who were present on 09.03 to kindly spare a while, when you can 
afford it, and see if you can recall anything, perhaps your own 
questions or replies, and kindly add that to the doc.
