[CLARIN-LIB] Second CLARIN and Libraries workshop: save the date 5-6th December

Dear all,

Please note the new date: 5-6th December 2023
Venue: National Library of Norway, Oslo

I'm happy to confirm that CLARIN ERIC funding has been secured for the 
event, and it will be taking place at the slightly adjusted date of 5th 
and 6th December 2023 in Oslo (to avoid a clash with the CLARIN General 
Assembly meeting). We'll be in touch with more details at the end of the 
month, including how to apply for a place.
