[Dev] Component Registry maintenance, downtime 2021-01-12 between 11:00 and 12:00 CET

Dear all,

We will be performing maintenance to the Component Registry next 
Tuesday, 12 January 2021, between 11:00 and 12:00 CET. As a result, the 
Component Registry (at <https://catalog.clarin.eu/ds/ComponentRegistry>) 
including its REST service will not be available reliably within this 
time slot. This may temporarily affect processing and validation of 
CLARIN metadata through the Component Metadata Infrastructure (CMDI).
