[Dev] Downtime expected for vlo.clarin.eu on 26 October between 10:00 and 13:00 CEST

Dear all,

We will be performing maintenance to the machine that hosts the Virtual
Language Observatory, OAI-PMH harvester and OAI harvest viewer next
Friday (26 October 2018) between 10:00 and 13:00 CEST. As a result, the
VLO [1] and OAI harvest viewer [2] will not be available for a while
within this time slot.
