We will performing maintenance on the Component Registry today, 19
November 2018, between 11:00 and 12:00 CET. As a result, the Component
Registry (at <https://catalog.clarin.eu/ds/ComponentRegistry>) including
its REST service will not be available for a (short) while within this
time slot.
