[Dev] Component Registry maintenance tomorrow 2017-02-17

Dear all,

Tomorrow, Friday 17 February, we will be deploying a new version of the
Component Registry[1] between 10:00am and 11:00am CET. In case you are
currently experiencing trouble logging into the Component Registry, this
deployment should fix this issue.

For a limited amount of time within this time frame the Component
Registry will not be available and/or will be in read-only mode. Apart
from the Component Registry graphical user interface and its REST
service, this may also affect other tools that depend on the REST
service, for example for validation of CMDI records.
