[Dev] VLO maintenance, downtime expected for vlo.clarin.eu on 2017-12-11 between 10:00 and 12:00 CET

Dear all,

This messages _replaces_ the announcement regarding maintenance to the
Virtual Language Observatory sent earlier today. *No* downtime is
scheduled for the VLO on 8 December.

Instead, we will be upgrading the VLO on Monday, 11 December between
10am and 12am CET. The VLO (at <https://vlo.clarin.eu>) will not be
available for a while within this time slot.
