[Dev] Maintenance 2016-01-28 affecting the Component Registry

Dear all,

On 28 January 2016, 9:00 - 10:00 CET we are planning to apply an 
optimisation script to the CLARIN Component Registry database, which 
will cause the Component Registry 
<https://catalog.clarin.eu/ds/ComponentRegistry>, both the web 
application and the REST service, to be unavailable for a short while 
during this period. This may affect other applications and services that 
are dependent on the Component Registry during the downtime.
