[Dev] Maintenance 2016-2-2 affecting the discovery service and IDP.

Dear All,

on 2 Februari 2016, 9:00 - 12:00 we are planning on upgrading the docker
daemon on the server running the discovery service
(https://discovery.clarin.eu) and IDP (https://idp.clarin.eu).
During this maintenance window these services will be unavailable for
some time. We will focus on making the discovery service available
again, as soon possible.
