[Dev] oai.clarin-pl.eu down

Dear all,

The OAI-PMH validator at http://oai.clarin-pl.eu/ seems to be down, is that
a temporary issue or was the validator moved someplace else?
Also should an issue like this be put in trac, or is there a better place
to bring this up?
