[Dev] Centre Registry v. 2.1.1 in staging

Hi all,

A few minor glitches to the app itself were repaired. The glitches
fixed in Centre Registry are listed here:
https://github.com/clarin-eric/Centre-Registry/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed

The major changes, however, are related to the deployment and configuration:
* A fully Docker container-based solution on a different VM;
* Different web application server from uwsgi to gunicorn with gaiohttp;
* HAproxy TLS terminating and load-balancing frontend.

The new container based virtualized Centre Registry is maintained here:
https://github.com/clarin-eric/virtual_alpine-python_3-centre_registry

You can visit and test the deployed staging instance as usual on:
https://centres-staging.clarin.eu/

Expect loose ends to be fixed and documentation to be further
clarified and simplified this week.
