[Dev] Upgrade of https://trac.clarin.eu/, syntax highlighting

Hi developers,

Trac and its Python dependencies have been upgraded today. The effects are
probably minor. I did want to drop the note that syntax highlighting now
works, and please use it for code snippets in the interest of readability.
