[Dev] [All-centers] issue notification: CLARIN Identity Provider temporarily unavailable

Dear All,

I will start updating the IdP configuration at 9:30 CET (in about 10
minutes). During this maintenance the IdP can be intermittently
unavailable. I'll inform you when the maintenance is finished.
