[Dev] status announcement: catalog.clarin.eu server unavailable

Dear all,

Unfortunately last night the catalog.clarin.eu server became
unresponsive. As a remote reset is not working, this means that the
services running on this host (VLO, component registry, CLARIN Identity
Provider) will be unavailable until someone resurrects the server with a
hardware reset, most probably Tuesday morning. Our apologies for the
inconvenience.

We were already looking into migrating these services to a place with
24/7 support and hope that will rule out such situations in the future.
